About Parts Intelligence

Fyresite Parts Intelligence™ is a fitment platform built natively for Shopify. Shoppers pick their Year, Make, Model and more, see only the parts that fit, and keep that vehicle with them through search, product pages, cart and checkout. Fyresite designs, builds and supports it for every store.

Parts brands and retailers on Shopify whose products depend on fitment: automotive and performance, powersports, marine, and B2B distributors, dealers and fleets. It is the best fit when your catalog is large or complex and fitment questions are costing you sales or causing returns.

Yes. Each category gets its own fitment setup. Cars and trucks use Year, Make, Model and Engine. Powersports uses Year, Make, Model and Trim. Marine uses Year, Manufacturer, Model and Horsepower. We also run trailer and towing, industrial and equipment, remanufactured and classic restoration catalogs.

Parts Intelligence runs natively inside Shopify, so fitment lives with your products, your theme stays fast, and your team manages everything in the admin they already use. No iframes, no separate dashboard, and no fitment data you do not own.

No, and that is on purpose. No two stores handle fitment the same way, so every launch is a white-glove implementation. We map your catalog, set up the modules you need and build the experience into your theme.

The Fitment Engine, Search and Discovery powered by Algolia, My Garage, product page and cart fit checks, B2B Quick Order, core charges, warranty registration and the AI fitment assistant are live today. VIN Decode, Fleet Garage and Build Wishlist are coming soon.

No. Most stores start with the Fitment Engine and search, then add modules as they grow. Each module is scoped to your store, so you only launch what you need.

Fitment & Data

Yes. It handles deeply layered fitment, from year, make and model down to submodel, engine and more, including half-year fits and parts that fit many vehicles at once.

No. Every fit is a real vehicle, so impossible combinations like a Honda F-150 never show up in the selector or the results.

Yes. We migrate from spreadsheets, ERP exports, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento or a custom database. Products, variants, collections, fitment, SEO and redirects all carry over, and messy free-text fitment is cleaned up into structured data along the way.

You do. Your fitment data lives in your Shopify store alongside your products, not in a vendor dashboard you would lose access to.

Yes. ERP integrations are scoped during discovery and are part of many launches. We also connect distributor catalogs such as Turn14, mapping their part data into clean SKUs and keeping stock in sync.

It runs on live catalogs with tens of thousands of SKUs and more than a thousand collections, and it is built to keep scaling as you add products and vehicles.

VIN Decode is coming soon. Shoppers will be able to paste a VIN to fill in their vehicle, and they can always pick their vehicle by hand.

03

Shopping Experience

A vehicle selector, results filtered to their vehicle, a clear Fits or Does Not Fit badge on every product and a fit check in the cart before they pay. Their vehicle stays selected as they browse.

Yes. Parts Intelligence is built into Shopify Online Store 2.0 themes, so it looks and feels like the rest of your brand. If you are redesigning, we build it into the new theme instead.

No. Search and discovery run on Algolia with sub-second results, and nothing loads in an iframe. Speed is part of how we test every launch.

My Garage saves a shopper's vehicles so they can switch between them in one click. Search, collections and product pages update to the selected vehicle, and returning customers pick up where they left off.

Yes. The AI fitment assistant is a third path to checkout next to search and browsing. Shoppers ask if a part fits, the assistant confirms it against your fitment data and can add it to the cart.

04

B2B & Operations

Yes. B2B Quick Order lets dealers, distributors and fleet buyers order many parts at once, with a fitment check on every line and PO numbers at checkout.

Yes. Parts Intelligence adds core charges to remanufactured parts natively, including deferred core charges, without the accounting headache.

Customers can enroll at checkout on Shopify Plus, or right after purchase on any plan. Every registration lands in one searchable, exportable record in your admin.

Yes, with consent. When customers opt in, their vehicle can power segments and emails in your email platform, so you send parts that fit what they drive.

Working with Fyresite

Most launches take 7 to 16 weeks, depending on catalog size, data readiness and integrations. You get a real range after discovery.

Every project is custom scoped after discovery, based on your catalog, your fitment and the modules you need. Book a call and we will walk you through it.

Parts Intelligence is built for Shopify and Shopify Plus. A few features, like warranty enrollment inside checkout, need Plus. On the first call we will map exactly what works on your plan.

Yes. Search runs on Algolia, which you license directly. Plans scale from Pay-as-you-go to Elevate, and we help you pick the right one for your catalog.

We stay on as your partner. Every launch is followed by tuning based on real shopper behavior, plus ongoing support and new modules as they ship.

A 30-minute intro call with Sean about your store, catalog and goals. Technical answers, not a sales pitch, and you leave with clear next steps.

A rough SKU count, where your fitment data lives today, your current platform and apps, and the fitment problems you most want to solve. A sample export helps but is not required.
